Iceland Express is launching a new Gatwick service on 1 May 2009. The national low-cost carrier will operate an eight-times-per-week service between London Gatwick and Reykjavik, with flights starting from £69.00 one-way including taxes.

Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, will forge a frequent flyer partnership with United Airlines, one of the largest international carriers based in the United States, this week. With this partnership, Jet Airways’ JetPrivilege members may now earn and redeem JPMiles on the entire global network of United Airlines, effective from November 15 2008.
Qantas will celebrate the 60th anniversary of flights between Australia and South Africa – known as the Wallaby Route – on 14 November 2008.
