Our property is situated on the outskirts of Bulawayo 12km from the city centre. In the suburb of Douglasdale, which is just beyond the suburb of Burnside and Hillside - the low-density area of Bulawayo.
The area of the property is 23 acres and is fully fenced it has 2 fitted boreholes with water storage tanks.

The developments on the residential side of the property comprise:
Two homes, each separately fenced and a self contained cottage - all with beautiful gardens.
1) The main homestead has a swimming pool and thatched outdoor entertainment area and an "almost complete" office building within its perimeter. The main homestead has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge, bar, dining room, and kitchen.
2) The second homestead has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom is ensuite and there is a second bathroom with a shower. There is a lounge, dining room and bar and fully fitted kitchen.
3) The self-contained cottage comprises a single bedroom, lounge and open plan kitchen. It has it's own private garden and entertainment area with braai and bar.
Adjacent to these homes are numerous Domestic quarters and numerous outbuildings and store rooms. Laundry area and laundry facilities. Open fronted stables. And covered carport.

The lodge:
1) The lodge is set on top of a hill and has a beautiful view. The garden is lovely and lush with a splash pool, fishpond and outdoor thatched gazebo.
2) There are 2 separate, ensuite, guest cottages:
a) Cottage Number 1 - is a double room, with it's own balcony and is what we call our "honeymoon" suite.
b) Cottage Number 2 - is a double storey building, which sleeps 4 guests. The ensuite bathroom is magnificent with a shower and huge ball and claw bath.
3) The "Main Building" is our lounge - with jet master fireplace-, dining room and kitchen, there is also a guest bathroom in this building.
4) Additional room (possibly for future extension) is being used as a domestic quarter at present.
